Large Antique Freestanding Carved Oak Corner Cabinet Cupboard, 17th Century

£0.00

Antique Primitive Oak Corner Cupboard

A country-made piece with charming folk art style carving depicting stylised dolphins, roses and geometric patterns.

Raised on bulbous, carved feet.

Made from solid oak with a wonderfully rich patina.

Originally dating from the 17th Century, probably somewhere between 1650-1680 from either the Cromwelian period or during the reign of Charles II.

It is solid, sturdy and still very usable. There are areas of wear and old repairs and updates throughout as you would expect from a historic piece of this age, these tell its story and add to its charm. There are no serious issues.

Measuring 177cm x 123cm wide across the front x 72cm deep from the front to the corner point. Each edge measures 84cm wide.

Delivery is £100 to the majority of the mainland UK, for those in remote areas of the UK or for international enquiries please ask for a tailored quote.

The shipping will automatically be added at checkout unless you select collection.
