Cast Iron Stick Stand Depicting Hercules Tackling a Serpent

As per Greek mythology, the young Hercules is in the process of killing one of the serpents that Hera has sent to kill him.
White painted cast iron which has naturally worn down from use.
Removable drip tray.

Foundry marks on each section for ‘O.W.F.’.
I would date this example to the late19th/early20th century.
It is in very good vintage condition, it is solid and sturdy and there is no real damage to speak of, there is some cosmetic wear and tear as can be seen in the photos.
