Originally painted in 1629 I would say that this is a 19th Century reproduction.

Skilfully painted.

Wonderfully dark.

The previous owner bought it in Béziers in the South of France.

In complimentary, simple ebonised frame.

It is in very good vintage condition with only minor wear and tear. Please see pictures.
