Pair of Antique Regency Faux Bamboo Rush Seat Chairs, Early 19th Century

£480.00

Pair of Antique Side Chairs

Dating from the English Regency period circa 1820.

Made from stripped pine with simulated bamboo decoration throughout.

With woven rush seats.

They are in good vintage condition, the rush seats have recently been replaced so they are good to go for many years to come. The frames have cosmetic wear which adds to their charm and gives them a somewhat rustic appearance, all joints seem secure and are therefore usable as chairs.

Approximate measurements each 43cm wide x 43cm deep x 82cm high. The seat height is roughly 44cm.

Delivery is £85 to the majority of the mainland UK, for those in remote areas of the UK or for international enquiries please ask for a tailored quote.
