A charming scene depicting a wooden house and scratchy bear trees in the depths of winter, there is deep snow on the ground and blustery snow in the air.

Painted in an extremely charming, naive folk art style which really captures the landscape and the time of year skilfully.

Probably originating in the northeast United States and dates to the mid-20th century period.

Signed to the lower right ‘Essar’.

In a simple wooden frame with a complimentary white textured finish.

The painting itself is in very good condition with only minor wear commensurate with age.
