Mid Century French Enamel Casserole Dish
Designed by renowned French industrial designer Raymond Loewry in the mid 1950s, so ahead of it's time, you can definitely see that he also designed for NASA with this space age casserole dish by Le Creuset.
Made from cast iron with mushroom/light mauve coloured enamel it really is a stunning piece of design whilst being practical at the same time.
This example was bought at a brocante in southern France and has been looked after well. It is in great vintage condition as can be seen by the photographs with only minor wear and tear.
Measuring: 35cm long X 25cm wide X 15cm high.
