One central cultured pearl surrounded by 6 pink rubies (pink sapphires in the USA).

Each Ruby is surrounded by a circular section in alternating pink and green golds with alternating textures.

Overall it takes the form of a stylised flower.

It is in good vintage order with minimal wear and tear.
