A dramatic scene depicting a tall thin church in crimson red, this is echoed in the dimensions of the board. The rest of the town is painted in slightly more muted tones and the fields behind in cooler hues still.
I would say it is probably a continental acene and at a guess Italy but possibly France or Spain.
Unsigned but well executed with plenty of feeling.
It is in good vintage condition, there is some wear and tear here and there but nothing too serious.
