Rare 1930s Art Deco Pink and Orange Bowl

Beautiful rare iridescent pink and orange 1930s art deco bowl with glimmers of gold.

Most likely part of The Radiance Lustre Series from Crown Ducal.

Although unsigned, it is likely to have been made by Roland Heath or Gordon Forsyth, both important ceramic designer’s from the first half of the 20th Century.

The stylised fruit as well as the blend of warming colours create the perfect piece for your home, perhaps to be used as a fruit bowl or for decorative purposes.

What makes this bowl so special is how it’s colours radiate and change slightly in the sunlight, revealing the opalescent glaze.

Measuring 7.5cm high x 20 cm diameter, 10 cm base width

The bowl is in brilliant condition, with no chips or cracks in sight.
